We saw the value in the consulation when it produced results for our business and decided to buy the rights and pass the value on to youЕ. Enjoy! There's another free report I wrote on the subject of Joint Ventures, called the 7 Step Action Plan to Creating And Maintaining Highly Successful Joint Ventures Online. You can download and read it for free by clicking this link. Remember to save the document to a folder on your computer so you can come back to this report and keep your place. Let's take a look at your questions in this section, called Marketing Q & A... Q: "What are the best traffic generating marketing methods both online and offline?" A: Offline, I would have to say postcards are the most cost-effective marketing tool. You can checkout an excellent course on postcard marketing by Alex Mandoissan, at: www.MarketWithPostcards.com. Online, writing articles, press releases and doing cross-promotions with others in your industry to leverage sales and subscribers are the best strategies online right now. Q: "What is the best way to secure JV partners?" A: You should run your product through a Testing Phase first, and then a Conversion Phase, where you are able to give your potential JV partner actual statistical results from your tests. But even better, the Conversion Phase through split-testing your sales process will bring your conversion up to a comfortable and respectible number. So, when you show your potential JV partner your site's ability to convert, they'll take you seriously, and will be confident they will make money. Q: "What incentives do you give to potential JV partners?" A: Money, the ability to create money, subscribers or give their subscribers some other benefit. Your best bet is to offer a high commission upfront, and make it easy for them to say yes, by doing all the work beforehand. In another words, if all the JV partner has to do is post some code on their site or send a simple email, they'll be much more likely to do business with you. Q: "Tips for locating the best JV partners?" A: Refer to my report on the 7 Steps of Highly Successful Joint Ventures Online, mentioned in this report for some great tips and strategies on locating and keeping high quality, long lasting joint venture partners. Q: "What tips do you have for successfully launching a project?" A: Create as much curiosity as possible for your prospects. Keep them on their toes. Give several hints of the benefits found within your product, but don't give a link. Instead, it'd be best to build a homegrown list from a product announcement Name Squeeze. Take optins to be among the first to know when the product is released. Create a viral report that pre-sells the product. They get this on the first day. For the next seven days, send them little reminders to keep watching for your 'special release' email on whatever date you want to set for your release. In the meantime, get others' opinions of your product by giving away review copies for testimonials and possible endorsements. Get these from going to Google.com and typing in a keyword relating to your market, and the following: NEWS (i.e. "marketing news") NEWSLETTER (i.e. "marketing newsletter") NEWSGROUP (i.e. "marketing newsgroup") EZINE (i.e. "marketing ezine") ECOURSE (i.e. "marketing ecourse") PUBLICATION (i.e. "marketing publication") FORUM (i.e. "marketing forum") DISCUSSION BOARD (i.e. "marketing discussion board") CHAT (i.e. "marketing chat") BULLETIN BOARD (i.e. "marketing bulletin board") MAGAZINE (i.e. "marketing magazine") DIRECTORY (i.e. "marketing directory") These magic words will uncover where your target audience hangs out. This also includes key players in the industry, and possible JV partners for your offer. Q: "Where do the majority of your promotional efforts lay?" A: The majority of our promotional efforts use: - Press Release Marketing - Article Marketing - Joint Venture Marketing - Email Marketing Write press releases and submit them, write and submit articles, write content that ties into your possible JV partners' product and JV with them, and craft email promotions for your list. Those are the four most effective and cost efficent promotional strategies we employ. Q: "What 'SIGNS' would you consider an absolute dealbreaker for doing business with someone?" A: Any sign that your JV partner may not keep his or her promise. At the first sign, write them. Tell them you're just checking up to see how the promotion is going for them, and ask if there's anything you can do to help. This will most likely cause any worthwhile JV partner to keep their part of the deal. If you get no reply, you can send a follow-up a few days later, but keep your business moving forward with new partners, even if they've chosen not to. You shouldn't let it bother you. That's extra energy you could be putting into finding new JV partners. Use it wisely. Q: "Best free and paid marketing methods?" A: Refer back to this report for literally the very best free and paid marketing methods I currently am aware of. They serve me very well, and I'm sure they'll serve you if you use them. Your biggest question: Q: "Joint Ventures, Joint Ventures, Joint Ventures. How do you acquire joint venture partners, incentives on how to get those partners and how to find them, what would impress you about someone who asks you to JV with them, how to get industry heavy hitters to team up with you?" A: Try creating a free viral report tying directly into the sale of one of their products. Regardless of who you are, people love recognition. People love to be respected. And people love it when someone spends time and energy to help them promote their product or service. Use Press Release Marketing to announce the free report, and find a good news "hook" to grab media attention. Think up a story that you can relate to your new partnership, or something that inspired you to create the free report... your imagination is required here. Just have fun with it. Your JV partner will love you for it, and might even go to you for future product promotions. The 'big players' are by human nature, no different to you or I. Target their own personal desires, and use them to create strong relationships based on respect and trust. You get one chance to make a lasting impression, so approach with confidence. I would be most impressed to get a well- thought out JV proposal with your offer upfront, the commission, the conversion, a video demonstration (if applicable), and the product itself for review. It also helps a ton if there are testimonials from previous JV partners that have worked with you. And with the final benefit of simply having to say 'yes' and send the email, I'd most likely schedule it right away. I certainly hope this helps you, Matthew. If you enjoyed this custom-tailored info product made just for you, I invite you to send me an email at Jason@JasonMangrum.com giving me an honest and heart-felt testimonial I can use on my web site to share with others. I'll also link your web site URL so you get a link from my site to yours. Thanks for this opportunity to help and serve you.
